We have a weekly mowing stop in Nashotah on Edgewood Court, and it sits right between our Delafield and Hartland stops. That position is the real reason a Nashotah address is easy for us to take on. Drive time is the biggest cost on a mowing route, bigger than the mowing itself, and a village that lies on the way between two towns we already serve costs very little extra to reach.
In practice that means a quick site visit. If you are in Nashotah and thinking about a patio, a fire pit, a walkway or a wall, we can usually look at it on a day we are already working nearby, and we will tell you what the job needs and what it will cost in writing before anything starts. You are not paying for a long drive that a village this size would not otherwise justify.
The work itself is the same careful build we do everywhere. Patios and fire pits go on a compacted base set to drain. Paver walkways and driveways get a base thick enough for Wisconsin frost. Retaining walls get a bench cut, a pad set below grade, clear stone backfill and a drain run out the low end, because water behind a wall is what pushes it out. We would rather explain that at the estimate than fix it later.
Smaller properties often need the dirt work more than anything flashy. Grading and site prep covers regrading a yard that holds water, building a pad for a shed or a patio, and cutting in a swale so runoff leaves the house. Dylan has 19 years on heavy equipment, and a regrade is often the first thing worth doing.
A good first step is a photo. Send us a picture of the space you are thinking about, the address and roughly how big it is, and Dylan can tell you what the site visit needs to answer: how the yard drains, what is under the surface and how a machine gets in. Access matters on a small lot, and we plan for it before the day we show up.
Because it is one in-house crew, the people who quote your job are the people who dig it. We also do property maintenance, mowing, bed care, mulch and seasonal cleanups, and commercial snow removal and de-icing for the few commercial properties around the village. Call or text Dylan at (262) 719-9730, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, or send the form with your address and what you want done. We come look at the site, and the price is in writing before anything starts.
