Every patios visit

- Fire pit, seating walls and caps
- Steps tying the patio to a deck or door
Base and drainage
Most failed patios in this county failed underneath. We dig to the depth the soil calls for and pitch the surface so water leaves the house, not the other way around.
- Depth set by what the soil actually is, not a standard number
- Base compacted in lifts, not dumped and rolled once
- Surface pitched away from the foundation
Fire pits and seating walls
A seating wall doubles the number of people the patio holds without adding furniture. The fire pit gets sized to the space so there is still walking room behind the chairs.
- Round or square fire pits with a fitted ring
- Capped seating walls with optional low voltage lighting
- Pillars and steps to break up a long edge

Booking patios
Walk the yard
We look at the grade, the doors it has to reach and where the water goes now.
Lay it out
Shape and size get marked on the ground so you can stand in it before we dig.
Build it
Excavate, base, compact, set stone, cut borders, backfill and clean up.

Why people book Elevated Landscape Services
The base is where the money goes
Anyone can set stone on top. Nineteen years on heavy equipment is what makes the excavation, compaction and drainage right underneath it.
One crew, start to finish
One in-house crew means the person who saw your yard on day one is still on it at the end.
Dirt and stone from one contractor
Grading, site prep and hardscaping under one number, so nobody is pointing at somebody else when the water sits in the wrong place.
Waukesha County only
We stay inside the county we are based in. Short drives mean we get to the job and back to it.
Patios questions
Pavers or stamped surface?
Both work here. Pavers can be lifted and reset years later, stamped gives you a continuous surface. We will tell you which suits your grade and your budget when we look at the site.
Can you tie a patio into an existing deck?
Yes. We build steps and landings off deck stairs and walkout doors so the two surfaces work as one space.
How long does a patio take?
It depends on size, access and how much dirt has to move. We give you a working window with the estimate rather than a guess over the phone.

Tell us the corner of the yard you have in mind and we will come price it. Get a free estimate.
