In Hartland's newer sections the patio usually has to meet a lower level door dead level and still pitch away from the foundation. We set that elevation at layout so the threshold works and the water still leaves.

Both work here. Pavers can be lifted and reset years later, stamped gives you a continuous surface. We will tell you which suits your grade and your budget when we look at the site.
Can you tie a patio into an existing deck?
Yes. We build steps and landings off deck stairs and walkout doors so the two surfaces work as one space.
How long does a patio take?
